Kantor X on Telegram
We run a Telegram channel so you can check the rate and our opening hours without opening the website. It is a channel, not a chat — only we post, so it will not fill your phone with messages.
What we post
- Exchange rates. Buy and sell prices — the same ones the cashier enters into the table on this site. At the counter the online price valid at the moment of the transaction applies; a Telegram post shows the rate at the time it was published.
- Opening hours. We are open every Sunday, including non-trading Sundays, but the exchange office is closed on public holidays. Schedule changes and holiday hours are announced on the channel.
Check that it is our channel
Accounts impersonating currency exchanges do appear on Telegram, so one thing matters more than the rate: our only official channel is @kantorxex. Open it from this page or from the icon in the footer — not from a link sent to you by a stranger.
What we never do on Telegram: we do not ask for card details or BLIK codes, we do not take prepayments or deposits, and we never write to you first with an exchange offer. Currency is exchanged in cash only, at our counter in Fabryka Norblina.
No Telegram? You can check the rate without it
- The table of fourteen currencies with the date and time of the last update.
- Calculator and rate reservation — calculate the amount, enter your phone number and email address, then submit during opening hours. The rate is valid for up to 60 minutes from submission, but no later than closing time. Reservations are unavailable on public holidays.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Telegram account?
To read the channel, yes — Telegram requires an account and the app. If you would rather not create one, all the rates are in the table on the home page and need no login.
Does the rate from Telegram apply at the counter?
Without a valid reservation, the current online price from the table on this site applies at the counter — please mention that you are using it. A Telegram post shows the rate at the time of publication. Rate reservations are available only during opening hours, excluding public holidays. The rate is valid for up to 60 minutes from submission, but no later than closing time. A reservation does not guarantee cash availability. If the amount you need is unavailable, we will call you.
Can I reserve a rate or order currency through Telegram?
Submit a reservation through the form on the home page during opening hours, excluding public holidays. The calculator works out the amount; your phone number and email address are required. The channel is for information. To check availability of a larger amount or a less common currency, call +48 884 886 181.
Will the channel flood me with notifications?
Only if you let it — a channel can be muted in Telegram and checked whenever you need the rate. We post about rates and opening hours; we do not send ads for other services.
